RWCC 4-18-26 Adopt a Highway Event/Boneyard

Volunteers needed for Spring Cleanup!

Everyone loves Springtime, everyone gets into "Spring cleaning" and enjoying the fresh new start. Its also time for the Republican Women to clean up our adopted one mile stretch of Route 45 S. across from Applebee’s.

If we play our cards right we dont have to do it alone, we can be a part of the greater clean-up effort as the Village of Savoy is hosting an annual Boneyard Creek Community Day clean-up effort.

The event is on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Meet at Applebee’s at 9 a.m.

Savoy, Rt 45 (Dunlap Avenue) will be the clean-up location again. Joan Dykstra will be leading our volunteer crew with provided Orange safety vests and garbage bags. Bring your gloves and grabber, dress for the weather and meet at Applebee’s Parking Lot.
